"After a series of unfortunate health issues, including a really painful herniated disc in my upper spine that created daily excruciating pain, I decided to try an MBSR session with Lacy. Although I was seeing a chiropractor, going to physical therapy, and receiving fascia release treatment, I was still in incredible pain, having to take pain meds to function, and contemplating spinal injections and back surgery. I am not kidding that after only ONE session with Lacy, the pain went away. I still have a herniated disc, but it does not hurt, I don't have to take pain meds, and I never called the pain doctor or surgeon. Look. I don't know how this works, but intuitively I feel like the session helped me give myself permission to heal because Lacy reached me on a level I couldn't grasp with my own consciousness. I literally felt lighter, and like something inside me was rewired right after the clearing. The notes she gave me were spot on. Also, I want to add that Lacy is such a light in this world, and a treat to communicate with. She is caring, listens, and is super empathetic. I've done several more clearings with her about other intentions and really feel a difference in those areas of my life. Like I said, I don't know how or why it works, it just worked.
