How to use a STIM machine

So, you just received your FDA-approved CES (Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation) device, and you’re wondering, “What is this and how do I use it?”

All life is of an electrochemical nature. There are extensive electrical fields at work throughout the universe and our bodies. For example, the nervous system has long been known to work through both electrochemical and purely electrical signals. Fun fact…ALL molecules are held together by electrical bonding at the atomic level!

Alpha Stim uses low-intensity, pulsed electrical current that stimulates the cranium and brain to treat insomnia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. The current is applied by ear clip electrodes. During the treatment, you may experience a mild tingling sensation at the site of the electrodes. Alternatively, because Alpha Stim uses such a low level of current, many people do not feel anything at all. Do not be concerned if you do not feel the current; this is perfectly normal and your perception of the current will not affect the results.

**** If the current is TOO HIGH you might experience dizziness and nausea — alleviate these by reducing the current.
